Wholesale Operations Manager
We’re looking for a Wholesale Operations Manager to join our team and help oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing wholesale business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders from our retailers, and ensuring that the platforms we use for order fulfillment and logistics run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wholesale operations, with the ability to optimize processes, maintain accuracy, and work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring products are stocked and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Process orders from retail partners, ensuring all details are accurate and deliveries are made on time.
- Manage and maintain operational platforms, ensuring they are running efficiently and troubleshooting any issues as they arise.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure orders are processed seamlessly and all customer requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
