Director, Franchise Sales, PLK US&C

Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Business Development - Sourcing to lead our newly formed sourcing team. This role is critical for building relationships with external partners, executing innovative sourcing strategies, and driving the launch of new initiatives that enhance our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the QSR industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Serve as the primary external contact with third-party partners and potential franchise candidates, establishing and nurturing relationships that drive business growth.
• Develop and execute the New Franchisee (FZ) sourcing strategy, including new FZ marketing strategy, CRM platform, and discovery days.
• Create and implement a comprehensive New FZ marketing strategy, leveraging various channels to attract potential franchisees.
• Oversee the development and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to streamline sourcing efforts and enhance engagement with potential franchisees.
• Lead the development and launch of the Chicken Champions program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company’s operational framework (buyer FZs in F2Fs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8 years of experience in business development, franchise sourcing, or a related field, preferably in the QSR industry.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data management to support sourcing strategies.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of successful program development and execution.
