Job Summary: Popeyes is seeking a Senior Analyst – Operations Execution to support the deployment of Operations initiatives. This role is responsible for becoming a Popeyes Operations expert across all systems, training, and tools available to help Popeyes restaurants achieve our guest experience and profitability targets. This person will also lead virtual and in-restaurant training sessions to ensure successful restaurant operations and a great guest experience.
The Senior Analyst – Operations Execution is responsible for being the restaurant subject matter expert, improving restaurant performance, and performing restaurant evaluations for coaching and/or compliance reasons.
Operations: Can diagnose, implement, and improve bottlenecks in an operation and offers solutions for existing processes

Roles & Responsibilities
- Communication: Effectively, timely and thoroughly communicate to internal and external teams regarding training needs and initiatives
- Personality: fast learner; organized; systematic; data and results driven
- Facilitation: Ability to tailor and deliver information to diverse audiences of above restaurant leaders, restaurant managers, and restaurant team members
- Learning & Development: Experience in executing and supporting initiatives and training in restaurants.
- Project Management: Ability to support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Delivering training materials to diverse audiences in an effective way, including restaurant team members, General Managers, and Above Restaurant Leaders, virtually and in-person
- Driving improvement in operations metrics by coaching franchise organizations and restaurant teams on proper use of available tools and tactics for improving operations and guest experience
- Ability to perform restaurant evaluations based on the brand standards and use best judgement on observations for scoring
- Managing and reporting travel logistics, field time, and budget
- 1-3 years’ experience in restaurant operations management and/or multi-unit management experience
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and project management skills
- Comfortable utilizing and facilitating using video communication software (MS Teams)
- Knowledge and experience using PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams
- Ability to work cross-functionally between Marketing, Operations, Technology, and franchisees.
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75% as needed
