Job Summary: The Operations Transformation team identifies, tests, and supports all major changes to operating a Popeyes restaurant in the US and Canada. The Sr. Analyst, Operations Transformation supports these efforts by applying their understanding of restaurant operations, training, and product/process development to lead/support lab testing, in-restaurant testing, new product idea, and results/performance analysis.
This role is a member of a dynamic team and reports to the Sr. Manager of Operations Transformation to support the constant evolution of Popeyes restaurants into the most loved Chicken brand in the world.
Roles & Responsibilities
Position will necessitate ad-hoc travel to Popeyes DMAs across the US and Canada totally approx. 5% of time travelling.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Learn and evaluate new restaurant systems like back of house technology for inventory, product ordering, scheduling, and cash management
- Design tests evaluate procedures and systems both in controlled environments and restaurant settings
- Perform routine analysis on operational and financial impact of ongoing tests
- Maintain project trackers and produce routine updates on progress of key workstreams
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to advance team projects
- Maintain digital library of tools and make routine improvements/updates
- Consult corporate field team and support franchisees on how to access and utilize brand provided tools to enhance restaurant execution
- Assist with ad-hoc needs of team and franchisees
- Experience working in restaurant management, specifically QSR and/or fast casual preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, operations or client success roles preferred (internship experience considered)
- Ability to comprehend how to calculate performance measures, analyze results and draw concise conclusions
- Project management experience
- Experience working with shared drive platforms (e.g. SharePoint, etc.)
- Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
