Description
Popli Design Group (PDG), a growing multi-disciplined Architecture / Engineering firm is seeking a Marketing Specialist who is a hard-working, self-motivated team player with excellent writing skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of organization. Working within our existing brand, the Marketing Specialist will assist with the coordination and production of proposals and marketing collateral, including writing, editing / proofreading, and layout.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, including engaging internal and external team members to obtain information to develop proposal content.
- Layout of digital and printed packages, including qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submissions.
- Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Maintenance of marketing collateral, including project descriptions, staff resumes, and digital images / photography.
