Description
Popli Design Group (PDG), a growing multi-disciplined Architecture/Engineering firm is seeking a Marketing Specialist who is a hard-working, self-motivated team player with excellent writing skills, keen attention to detail, and a high level of organization. Working within our existing brand, the Marketing Specialist will assist with the coordination and production of proposals and marketing collateral, including writing, editing/proofreading, and layout.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of proposals, including engaging internal and external team members to obtain information to develop proposal content.
- Layout of digital and printed packages, including qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submissions.
- Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Maintenance of marketing collateral, including project descriptions, staff resumes, and digital images/photography.
Required Skills:
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize, self-schedule, and be detail and deadline oriented.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience, Education and Certification:
- BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years in the consulting industry preferred but not required.
Work Environment:
- Interact with PDG personnel both within the department and outside.
- Professional office environment.
Physical Demands:
- The job requires prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a computer.

A good faith salary range is provided, and the salary package will be commensurate with experience.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
