We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Concierge to join our growing team.

You are outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a professional appearance and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. As a Concierge, you’ll play a critical role in:

• Developing a solid understanding of our services and products
• Greeting and checking in guests as they arrive
• Creating a positive company image through phone and email interactions
• Providing information about our facility, solutions and pricing options to clients
• Calling existing and new clients to: discuss the benefits of booking our services, scheduling appointments and cross-selling relevant services
• Managing transactions with diligence and accuracy
• Presenting a clean, professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Performing duties such as sweeping and cleaning
• Selling retail products and keeping shelves stocked, neat and clean
• Handling administrative duties directed by management

What you’ll bring to our team:

• High School degree
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in a spa/salon environment)
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Social media knowledge a bonus

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
