- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing excellent customer service
- Handle guest reservations and cancellations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform night duties as required
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of front desk operations systems
- Familiarity with phone systems and computer software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends
