Who We Are Looking For :
Populous is seeking a full-time Receptionist for our global design environment. The successful candidate will have polished skills in written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate for this job is organized, resourceful and detail oriented.
What Your Day Could Consist Of :
- Greeting visitors, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Setting up conference room, calls and meetings as needed or requested.
- Overhead announcements using PA system as requested.
- Managing and updating staff "Outlist" based on office travel, PTO and other time off requests.
- Managing Parking App daily using information from Outlist.
- Preparing of expense reports as needed or requested.
- Support administrative staff with various project as needed / requested.
- Manage office Chair Massage calendar, appointments, room assignment, and emails.
