Who We Are Looking For:
Populous is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. Our preferred candidate will have polished skills in written and verbal communications and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. They will also display a passion for quality and creative work with strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite. The best candidate will be self-motivated and directed, and eager to learn within a fun, collaborative atmosphere!
Our preferred candidate will have prior experience in the AEC industry, and an interest in working in a dynamic global design environment with a diverse range of public assembly building types, including sports venues, convention centers, and transportation facilities.
What Your Day Could Consist Of:
- Create comprehensive proposals, qualifications, packages, and presentations for prospective clients using Adobe InDesign.
- Manages the pursuit process to ensure that firm experience and qualifications are accurately communicated and adhere to graphic and brand standards.
- Drafts, edits, and organizes various marketing collateral, including proposal content, project sheets, resumes, and interview content to ensure content is comprehensive, competitive, and client specific.
- Establishes and manages timelines and assignments as needed to complete effective submittals.
- Coordinate or obtain information needed from consultant firms to be included in proposals or at presentations.
Requirements For Success:
- Strong design sense in page layout and typography skills.
- Extensive knowledge of graphic design, style, and techniques.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience
Additional details:
- Travel will be required.
- Overtime may be necessary.
