Purpose:
Provide after sale technical and administrative support for specific product lines. Troubleshoot issues related to installation, specifications and US compliance. Responsible for a product from ideation and the market assessment phase to engineering, testing and marketing.
General Description:
- Train and provide information to sales staff on new products and potential issues related to installation and integration with other products.
- Support external customers through and after sale.
- Act as main point of contact for factory warranty and refunds.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share.
- Improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services and inventory adjustment.
- Requires a BS degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office and versatility to operate different software packages.
- Communication skills required, as well as commitment to finding solutions for internal/external customers.
- Some local and national traveling.
- Preferably fluent in Spanish.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in the A&D industry
