PT Expo / Food Runner
- Morning and daytime availability, Typical hours are 730am - 330pm. Schedule vary based on business needs.
- Ability to learn and develop skills to master all kitchen stations.
- Current ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Drivers License required
- MUST be guest and service focused
- Team players ONLY. We all work together to create the best experience to all our guests. That means EVERYONE cleans and does dishes when needed. All staff leaves together, we don't leave our people behind!
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Light Prep work required, basic cooking knowledge required.
- Assist servers in ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area throughout shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
- A passion for guest services and commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience is required.
