We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remarketing Manager to oversee the foreclosure and repossession processes for manufactured homes. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of remarketing repossessed homes, including handling the liquidation of assets, working with third-party contractors, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The role will require significant travel to manage the repossession and remarketing efforts across various locations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the foreclosure and repossession process of manufactured homes from start to finish.
- Coordinate with legal teams, contractors, and vendors to facilitate the repossession and asset recovery process.
- Ensure the timely and efficient liquidation of repossessed homes through various sales channels (auctions, private sales, etc.).
- Conduct inspections and evaluations of repossessed properties to determine resale potential and appropriate pricing.
- Work closely with appraisal professionals to set competitive and market-driven prices for manufactured homes.
- Develop and implement remarketing strategies to increase sales velocity, focusing on online, in-person, and auction sales.
- Manage relationships with auction houses, dealerships, and potential buyers to maximize profit on repossessed assets.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote available inventory.
- Ensure that all activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations, including foreclosure and repossession laws.
- Maintain accurate records of repossession activities, sales transactions, and relevant documents.
- Identify and engage third-party vendors for maintenance, transportation, and repairs for repossessed homes as needed.
- Ensure that contractors and vendors meet the company’s quality and service standards.
- Travel regularly to repossession sites, repossession auctions, and sales events to ensure proper execution of the remarketing process.
- Manage logistics related to transporting repossessed homes, ensuring they are in marketable condition for resale.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of repossession and remarketing activities.
- Analyze remarketing performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance results.
