The salary range for this role is $115,000-$130,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

- Lead business development efforts to expand MHP’s CX portfolio.
- Develop and execute innovative problem-solving strategies and change management solutions during client engagements.
- Work on exciting projects with well-known companies across the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
- Be part of a dynamic, international team that fosters high performance and a pioneering spirit.
- Business Development:
- Drive growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities in the CX domain.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of CX opportunities by leveraging your network and industry expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine compelling CX solutions and proposals.
- Lead proposal development and presentation efforts, ensuring alignment with client needs and MHP’s strategic goals.
- Negotiate contracts and oversee the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
- CX Offerings: Coordinate the offering process for CX-related proposals, from initial opportunity identification to a signed Statement of Work (SOW).
- Innovation: Identify market trends, customer challenges, and emerging technologies to enhance MHP’s CX offerings.
- Client Engagements: Execute CX-focused projects, analyzing current situations, identifying root causes, and implementing innovative concepts and deliverables.
- Leadership: Lead and coach project teams, serve as the primary liaison to client management, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5 years of professional experience in consulting or the automotive or manufacturing sector (consulting preferred).
- 3 years of project management experience, including leading teams and delivering successful projects.
- Proven track record in business development, including identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies, with experience in process and system analysis.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and visualization tools like PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Visio and MIRO is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (German is a plus).
Physical Requirements
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
