Job Summary

Porsche Main Line is seeking a full-time sales assistant to join our top-rated sales team. This position is essential and will be directly assisting our sales staff, which requires attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and critical thinking to logistical challenges that may arise. Candidates will possess strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. A valid driver’s license, the ability to safely maneuver a vehicle in small and tight areas, and manual transmission operation is required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating vehicle movement
• Accurately posting vehicles to website
• Maintaining a large Excel sheet of inventory
• Unwrapping and inspecting new vehicles upon arrival
• Pick-up and delivery of vehicles as needed
• Sensitive document delivery and retrieval
• Administrative assistance as needed
• Weather-related lot and vehicle clean-up when necessary
• Special projects and other functions may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills

Job Requirements:

• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Valid state driver’s license
• Manual transmission proficiency
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to operate an automobile safely
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
• Saturday
• Professional appearance must be maintained at all times
