Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge and expertise in Porsche vehicles to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.

Supervision and Leadership: Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and superior workmanship.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to Porsche standards and specifications.

Customer Service: Interact with customers to discuss vehicle issues, provide recommendations, and ensure exceptional service experiences.

Inventory Management: Manage parts and equipment inventory to ensure availability for repairs and maintenance services.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, service history, and warranty information. Prepare reports as required by management.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Porsche technology, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

Porsche Certification: Must possess current certification from Porsche or equivalent qualifications demonstrating expertise in Porsche vehicles.

Experience: Minimum of [4 years] of experience working as a technician in a Porsche dealership or certified service center, with a proven track record of leadership and technical proficiency.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
