GET A FEEL FOR THE ROLE
As an Auto Service Advisor, you'll start by welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with your expert advice on their vehicle's needs. Whether it's helping with routine maintenance or diagnosing more complex issues, your ability to explain options clearly and offer solutions will keep customers coming back.
Throughout the day, you'll manage service orders, keep customers informed with timely follow-ups, and ensure that every service is executed to the highest standards. Working closely with our technicians, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full-time position works a steady Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- Related experience in automotive service or sales
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication
- Ability to multitask and manage service orders efficiently
Preferred: Experience with Dealer Track and XTime
