YOUR LIFE AS AN AUTO SERVICE CONSULTANT - SERVICE ADVISOR
As an Auto Service Consultant - Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking service and maintenance for their vehicles at our dealership. Your day begins by engaging with customers, listening to their concerns, and advising them on necessary services. You will provide clear, expert recommendations, explain service options, and help schedule appointments.
Throughout the day, you will manage service orders, maintain communication with customers, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. You will work closely with our technicians to ensure timely and efficient service, ensuring that all customer expectations are met with professionalism and care.
