As Port continues to grow, we are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to own and scale our demand generation efforts. This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving pipeline growth, optimizing marketing performance, and accelerating revenue generation. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of demand generation strategies, performance marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).

Core Responsibilities
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that drives high-quality leads and accelerates pipeline growth.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan and optimize campaigns across digital, paid media, email, content marketing, webinars, SEO, and ABM to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- ABM & Enterprise Marketing: Design and execute highly targeted ABM programs to engage strategic accounts and key decision-makers.
- Pipeline Ownership: Collaborate closely with sales to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities, optimizing marketing programs to support revenue goals.
- Performance Marketing: Own paid advertising, retargeting, and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient spend and measurable ROI.
- Analytics & Optimization: Measure, analyze, and optimize demand generation programs, providing clear reporting on attribution, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS, DevOps, or developer tools.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, paid acquisition, ABM, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize key marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and attribution modeling.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and content teams to align demand generation efforts with business goals.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the buyer journey in enterprise software and technical markets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
