We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Bilingual Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper to join our team and directly support the CEO while ensuring seamless financial and administrative operations. This pivotal role combines executive-level support with bookkeeping expertise, offering the unique opportunity to impact both strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Executive Assistant Responsibilities :
- Be the CEO’s right hand : Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and act as the primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Organize travel arrangements & itineraries : Book flights, hotels, and transportation, and provide detailed schedules.
- Ensure smooth communication : Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Streamline operations : Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- Handle with care : Manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Drive progress : Lead special projects, conduct research, and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders : Act as the CEO’s representative in all interactions.
