What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Paraprofessional - Tustin position at Port View Preparatory?
Port View Preparatory is a nonpublic school, contracted by local school districts, to serve students (K-22) who require special education supports and services that are not available within a district program. Many of our students have been limited in their ability to access the curriculum or participate safely within a traditional school setting because of challenges with behavior or communication. Our multidisciplinary team works to address all of the educational needs of our students in order to help them develop the skills necessary to be successful in a less restrictive setting.

Under the direction and supervision of the classroom teacher and the behavior department, the Classroom Support Provider (CSP) is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of students individualized education and behavior programs. The Classroom Support Provider is also responsible for the supervision and data collection of the student(s) they are assigned to. Skills and Education:
• 3-6 Child Development or related courses preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or in progress preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
• Prior experience with individuals with autism and related developmental disorders.
Salary : $20 - $25
