Operations and Safety Coordinator
This a hybrid position with a wide range of different responsibilities as it relates to the regulatory and functionality of business operations. This position is vital to the structure and business processes of Portable Air and Power.
Global responsibilities include functioning as the Point of Contact (POC) and liaison in the areas of: insurance, safety, state and federal regulations, training, and daily administrative operations. Collects data, creates reports; manages resources to ensure that sales and company targets are met; and works with departments to ensure that efficiency is maximized.
Qualifications Required:
- Associate degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field preferred, or work experience equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
- Methodical approach to planning workloads with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete deadlines.
- Project management.
- Excellent computer skills including expert spreadsheet and data management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
