What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Administrator position at Portable Restroom Trailers, LLC?
Job Description
We are an established company in business since 2007 with satellite offices throughout the US seeking a Finance Administrator to work 20-30 hours/week performing the following tasks:
$28/hour up to 30 hours a week; Example: 10-12 am 2-6 pm EST
Sales Process:
Creation of client accounts and all required invoicing through Accounts Receivables
Maintains contact with staff and clients (when necessary) throughout and upon completion of the sales process
Payment collection from clients daily via email and phone
Establishes and monitors automatic billing, processes payments, sends receipts and all other related paperwork
Daily checking of funding received and notification of appropriate staff of funding/lack of funding
Creation, pulling, and submitting weekly report for completed sales/rentals and status update of accounts
Notifies clients of payment received
Issuing calls of action to sales team based upon status updates
Monthly billing and tracking of all accounts payable and receivable
Managing Financial and Events Calendar and setting alerts/tasks for staff
Learn and execute the billing process for government accounts (filling out vendor forms and creating accounts as needed for sales)
Weekly finance meeting going over late payments
Other Responsibilities As Needed
Payroll:
Prepare payroll on time
Maintain updated records (via Google Docs or other similar solution) regarding pending and completed sales
Keeps accurate record of commission to sales/rental staff
Requests required information from staff as needed to complete the sale
Office Management:
Prepare weekly invoices for expenses to manufacturers/vendors
Pay expenses on time
Skills/Qualifications:
Detail-Oriented (extremely organized)
Thrives in a virtual environment
Possesses excellent communication with staff
Exhibits good problem solving skills
Able to multi task, balancing many tasks concurrently
Possesses great phone skills and maintains rapport with ease
MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must know QuickBooks inside/out for large corporation
Adobe Acrobat Reader skills
Salesforce experience
Personality Qualifications:
