Job Details

• CT Technologist position at Portage Medical Center, a part of University Hospitals in Ravenna, Ohio.
• This is a 12-month contract opportunity.

Requirements

• BLS certification is necessary for clinical roles.
• A Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification must be completed within 30 days of starting the job.
• MMR vaccination is required.
• Frequent Fit Testing is mandatory annually.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series is required.
• Tdap vaccination must have been received within the past 10 years.
• Annual Two-Step TB test or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) testing is also required.

Additional Requirements

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption is necessary.
• An annual negative PPD or chest x-ray is required if the TB test results are positive.
