We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated and passionate Crisis Hotline Specialist on a Full-time or Part-time basis, working either the day, afternoon or overnight shift in our 24/7 Psychiatric Emergency Services facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of our crisis intervention SUPPORT Hotline. The SUPPORT Hotline offers telephone crisis intervention and is part of the 988 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) network.
Candidates having knowledge of crisis intervention and suicide prevention is a plus!
Experience in the substance abuse or mental health field preferred.
