The Role:
As the Shipping Quality Control Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all outbound staged orders, maintaining high-quality standards, and reducing errors before shipments leave the facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality control within a warehouse environment and a passion for excellence.
This is a full-time position on our second shift requiring your presence at our warehouse facility on a daily basis. The hours for the role are 1:30pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly inspect all outbound staged orders to ensure accuracy in item count, product specifications, and adherence to customer requirements.
- Cross-check pick tickets, shipping labels, and packing lists for consistency and correctness.
- Identify errors, including misplaced, damaged, or incorrect products, before orders are shipped. Partner with the Warehouse team to ensure errors are corrected.
- Maintain and enforce established quality standards to minimize shipment discrepancies.
- Accurately complete all required documentation for order checks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in quality control within a warehouse environment, preferably in a 3PL setting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficient in identifying and resolving order discrepancies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Hyper-detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
