Valve Shop Coordinator - Industrial Valve Sales & Service

Job Title: Valve Shop Coordinator
Location: South Point OH
Reports To: Regional Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Coordinate Day to Day operations of the Valve Shop
- Creating and Scheduling Jobs
- Ordering parts as needed
- Coordinating and assisting with pick-ups and drop-offs
- Establish rapport and ongoing customer relationships
- Expedite orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls with knowledge and professionalism
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Pervious repair/maintenance shop experience required
- Mechanical aptitude is highly beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills and proven ability to maintain high customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast paced environment. (CRITICAL)
- Strong work ethic which includes the willingness to accept “ownership” of assigned tasks and to accept “accountability” for those tasks.
- Must be a team player able and work closely with other support personnel.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks Enterprise and CRM software experience beneficial
