- Draft press releases as needed
- Assist preparing responses to RFPs
- Assist with pitching new accounts
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Take meeting notes
- Draft monthly reports on activities
- Submit monthly reports to clients
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite,(Word, Excel. Outlook. PowerPoint), MuckRack, Cision, Constant Contact
