Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for executive staff.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both virtual and hard copy, to ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks, including data entry and project tracking.
- Process invoices, manage office supplies, and oversee general office maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
Quickbooks/Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
