As a Client Services Manager you will be responsible for the sales and local marketing of our care home. You will focus on increasing resident occupancy by discovering, presenting, and closing leads with the objective of reaching and maintaining budgeted occupancy and fee levels. You will also work on raising the profile of our care home in the local community through community engagement, local marketing and effective business development activity.
About You
You will be an experienced sales professional, ideally already in a role dealing with complex or consultative sales in a targeted environment. As important as your sales skills, is your natural ability to show empathy and deal professionally with a variety of difficult and sometimes emotionally challenging situations. Your communication skills are second to none and you will be able to relate positively to and engage with a wide range of people.
The role requires strong personal and professional presentation, as well as attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You must be able to actively seek referrals through external business development and networking, often without prior introduction.
Excellent IT skills are essential, and you will be familiar with using a sales CRM software package such as SalesForce. You must be able to report accurately all key sales and marketing information in a timely manner adhering to deadlines. Above all, you must have a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience and the ability to maintain a positive and cheerful disposition.
The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
