Salary Range: $27.00 - $30.00 Hourly
Description
Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for our apartment community, Patriot Square in Phoenix, AZ!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- a minimum of 3-5 years general maintenance experience
- EPA certification and be willing to take calls after hours
- A strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community
- A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
- The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
- Dual community will work with Patriot Square and Element at Tempe North
