Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Residential Real Estate Broker located in Seattle, WA, with complete work-from-home flexibility. The broker will be responsible for assisting clients with their home or investment property searches, negotiating property sales, and providing high-touch customer service to ensure clients’ needs are prioritized and met.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales and negotiation capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with the Greater Seattle real estate market is a plus
- Real estate license in the state of Washington required
- Willingness to learn
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required and at least 5 closed transactions within the past year
Compensation
This is a 100% commission based position
