Portland Chiropractic Neurology is an established (16 years) and busy specialty health practice. We offer multiple treatment options for musculoskeletal and neurology based conditions from back pain, neck pain, rib pain to headaches, migraines, concussion, post-concussion syndrome, vertigo, dizziness, dysautonomia and more. It's an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in an advancing field known as functional neurology along with hyperbaric oxygen therapy and chiropractic neurology

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a multi-faceted role as a full-time Chiropractic Neurology Assistant. This position includes Chiropractic Assisting (electrical stim, traction, decompression, percussor therapy, stretching, graston, exercise rehab, Neurological testing (VNG/CAPS), and flexing to assist as a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy technician. We will provide training to the right candidate in our techniques, methods, modalities and diagnostic equipment. It is fast-paced and patient focused, and we are providing the best care possible.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in working with patients suffering from a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions as well as a desire to learn. This position has a focus on patient care with hands on patient work in chiropractic/PT rehab assisting and hyperbaric therapy. Athletic Training, strength and conditioning, and anyone in rehabilitation are helpful backgrounds.

Required Minimum KSA's (Knowledge, Skills, Abilitied):

• Chiropractic Assistant Licensure Required, Employer will assist in this process
• At least 1 year in a Medical Office
• The ability to communicate professionally with patients, providers, and departmental team members
• Basic understanding of confidentiality and HIPPA
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Adaptability
• Anatomy knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Physiology knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Patient service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
