- Experience carrying out complex tasks, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with emphasis on attention to detail.
- Knowledge of business/basic accounting practices.
- Ability to problem-solve proactively, dependable with good attendance.
- Experience with vendor payments, PCard and Overnight travel programs.
- Experience with Banner, Chrome River, Aodocs, or similar software systems.
- Ability to communicate technical information both orally and written to college-wide staff, management, vendors, students.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).
Associate’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Information Systems, business or related field or equivalent certification. Experience performing the duties of the position may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Three years of professional experience in program or project coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with annual reporting requirements such as 1099, unclaimed property and audit work papers.- Experience documenting internal and external processes and training materials such as guides, videos, power point presentations for training our end-users.
- Experience extracting finance data into Excel, pivot tables.
- Experience implementing finance systems such as Workday.

Work is performed in a normal office environment. Learned physical skill for performing keyboarding functions.

Salary : $59,636 - $61,425
