Project Manager
Position Overview :
PGFs Project Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our client relationships by ensuring the successful execution of creative projects, serving as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients. The Project Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, and timely completion of projects (often quick turn with many moving parts) in partnership with the Creative and Build Teams, being the bridge to align client expectations, execution, and the goals of PGF. PGF is proud to be a Certified B Corp.
Key Responsibilities
Proposals and SOWS :
- Manage creative intake briefs and assess all creative projects and tasks based on resource availability
- Creates and collaborates with Founder and Operations Manager on Proposals >

Creative Briefs >
Invoices for all projects to ensure project is tracking to allocated budget and resources
You are confident in solo client meetings discussing sales and negotiating pricingProject Management
Collaborate with cross functional teams (Creative, Sourcing, Development, Production) to deliver projects on time and within budget in connection with clientsDevelop project plans, set milestones, and share with the PGF team to ensure project objectives are met and creative briefs are clearly communicatedEvaluate completed projects and facilitate debrief process with internal project stakeholders as applicableManages digital project information and archival filing of projectsRoutinely collaborate and advocate for positive changes while developing and implementing process and system improvementsIdentify potential issues and proactively address themCommunication
Communicate project updates and status to clients regularlyFacilitates clear communication between clients and the Fabrication teamHandle client feedback and ensure it is effectively addressedMonitors and creates weekly reports on project progress, as well as problems and solutionsQuality Assurance :
Ensure final deliverables meet / exceed client expectation and PGFs standardsConduct quality control checks on all project / products before deliveryGeneral

Bachelor's degree in related field preferredExperience (minimum prior experience)
2 years professional experience in Project Management and / or Sales in the soft or hard goods, or creative industryWorking knowledge of the concept to market manufacturing process whether it is soft goods, apparel or hard goods industryFamiliar with using GSuite, Zoom and other project management softwarePhysical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at timesPhysical ability to climb permanent stairsMust possess a valid drivers licenseBenefits
