General Manager Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Supports General Manger and staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Helps to coach, counsel, and discipline employees. Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity.
Controls costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimizing waste; and ensuring high quality of preparation.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff training and management within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in food service management and kitchen operations
- Proficient in supervising teams and conducting interviews
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha and Micros
- Experience in food preparation, inventory control, and cash handling
- Knowledge of casual and fine dining service standards
