Wanted Full Time Parts Counter Clerk-
Looking for a highly motivated person to join our team. The parts counter person sells parts to customers online and in person. Looks to find new opportunities for sales by seeking to understand each customer's challenges and needs all while creating valued customer relationships ! The sales are completed over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
**Competitive Rate of pay depends on your skill level & experiences.**
Responsibilities:
* Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts.
* Safely pull purchased parts from stock in a timely manner.
* Determine availability of parts that are not in stock, submit an emergency order if needed by customer.
* Answer phone call & provide price quotes.
* Notify Shop Manager or customer immediately when ordered part arrives.
* Set up order for daily shipment, delivery, and/or pickup.
*Put away daily stock part orders.
* Assist Service Technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
*Other duties as requested
Qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* At least two years parts sales experience preferred but not required.
* Able to multi task.
* Must be able to work every other Saturday.
* Understand and know basic computer operations.
* Work well with others.
* Good communication skills.
* Good phone skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $23.00 per hour
