Key Responsibilities:

• Build authentic connections with new and existing customers to foster brand loyalty.
• Qualify prospective customers for Verizon’s products and services.
• Respond to inquiries about products, services, and features, guiding customers effectively through the process.
• Manage contract negotiations, service renewals, and upsell opportunities as needed.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers and fellow team members.
• Support other team members and collaborate with management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about regional market trends to enhance customer expertise and engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A team player with enthusiasm for working with both colleagues and customers.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and meet goals.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
