Who We’re Looking For
We want nannies who are not only experienced but also passionate about making a difference in children’s lives. If you’re professional, reliable, and ready to connect with amazing families, we want you on our team!

• Experienced Caregivers: At least 2 years of experience (nannying, daycare, teaching, or related). Related education can be substituted for one year of experience.
• CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to get certified).
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with parents and follow care plans.
• Professional & Reliable: Punctual, trustworthy, and dedicated.
• Reliable Transportation: Willing to travel within Portland and surrounding suburbs.
• Background Check Required: All applicants must pass a national background check.

**PLACEMENT INFORMATION:

This family is seeking a long-term nanny for their toddler daughter starting in first week of May. They are expecting their second baby in August and would like the nanny to provide care for both children starting in 2026. Mom works out of the home, while Dad works from home most days, going into the office twice a week.

Schedule is Mon/Tues/Thurs 8:30am - 5:00pm (25.5 hrs/week)

Toddler's Interests & Activities:

• Enjoys cuddles, animals, and outdoor walks (nature walks are a big hit!)
• Loves singing, reading books, and engaging in interactive play

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with both infants and toddlers and the ability to encourage developmental milestones. A nanny who is engaging and interactive with children, fostering a fun, loving environment while remaining safety orientated. The family practices a gentle, conscious, and respectful parenting style.

• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience with gentle/conscious parenting techniques like nursing to sleep and contact naps
• Comfortable around pets (family has a cat)
• Strong communication skills and proactive about providing daily updates

Additional Notes:

• Comfortable with a no-shoes policy in the home
