- Identify and target potential corporate sponsors that align with the Timbers and Providence Park brands.
- Develop and deliver compelling partnership proposals tailored to prospective sponsors’ objectives.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, marketing executives, and business leaders.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, activation, and game-day operations, to ensure seamless partnership execution.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue and brand value.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute partnership contracts.
- Coordinate with activation teams to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship assets, including signage, digital media, in-game promotions, and hospitality.
- Monitor and track sponsorship performance, delivering post-campaign reports and insights to partners.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging marketing strategies, and competitive sponsorship landscapes.
- Identify innovative sponsorship opportunities that enhance the fan experience and provide value to partners.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate partnership sales, sponsorships, or B2B sales, preferably in sports or entertainment.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through sponsorship sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days.
