The Role: Communications Associate

We're seeking a creative wordsmith and strategic thinker to join our dynamic team in Boise. This role is perfect for an up-and-coming communications professional looking to make their mark in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Craft engaging content across various platforms (press releases, blogs, social media)
• Support the Strategic Communications team in the day-to-day support of clients and key administrative tasks
• Develop and execute impactful communication strategies and campaigns
• Conduct research to fuel our communications planning and strategy
• Collaborate with a talented team to ensure the messaging hits the mark every time
• Work on media relations by pitching to various outlets (print, radio, TV), cultivating relationships with press members, and developing compelling written materials such as op-eds, press releases, and talking points
• Manage and expand our media network through list compilation and detailed reporting, ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences at the right time
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver effective messaging.

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in communications, PR, or a similar role (internships count!)
• A way with words – your writing and verbal communication skills should shine
• Social media savvy and familiarity with digital marketing tools
• The ability to work independently and thrive in a team setting
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce polished, client-ready work
