Responsibilities
A Desktop Support Services Technician provides support and quality service to Portneuf Medical Center staff by installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing personal computers, peripherals, network printers, and other technology devices.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Experience in a Citrix based environment a plus
- Experience in a Healthcare environment a plus
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience working with Cloud based applications
- Experience working with iOS devices
- Performs other duties as required to meet departmental and organizational objectives
