Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a team of field operations employees and third-party staff across multiple locations
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

- Manage projects to drive business initiatives forward
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership, business development, and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of operational processes and property management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated success in managing teams and driving operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel between locations as needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
