As part of our mission to promote wellness and skill development, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Head Pickleball and Padel Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new and oversee growth across multiple facilities as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning and Instruction:
- Design and lead Pickleball and Padel lessons and clinics for players of various skill levels.
- Tailor training programs to individual and group needs to improve skills and techniques.
Team Building:
- Recruit and mentor additional Pickleball and Padel trainers.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality instruction across all lessons and programs.
Operations Support:
- Assist with facility operations when not teaching, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
- Help manage court schedules, equipment maintenance, and other operational needs.
Customer Engagement:
- Actively participate in bringing in new clients through outreach and promotions.
- Foster a vibrant and welcoming community for players of all levels.
Growth Opportunity:
- As our first facility expands, oversee the Pickleball and Padel programs at new locations.
- Earn commission on all Pickleball and Padel programs across all facilities.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate for non-teaching hours worked.
- Commission on all Pickleball and Padel programs.
- Additional earning potential as our facilities grow and your role expands.
Qualifications:
- Experienced Pickleball and/or Padel trainer with a proven track record of coaching individuals and groups.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to attract and retain clients.
