We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Pickleball and Padel facility that offers a holistic fitness and sports experience to our members. As part of our mission to promote wellness and skill development, we’re seeking an enthusiastic Head Pickleball and Padel Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new and oversee growth across multiple facilities as we expand.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lesson Planning and Instruction :
Design and lead Pickleball and Padel lessons and clinics for players of various skill levels.
Recruit and mentor additional Pickleball and Padel trainers.
Assist with facility operations when not teaching, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Actively participate in bringing in new clients through outreach and promotions.
As our first facility expands, oversee the Pickleball and Padel programs at new locations.
