What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Art Director/Designer position at Portside Advertising Agency?
We are looking for a talented, experienced, technically savvy high-level Art Director to join the team to create engaging graphics for a variety of media including digital, social, integrated and traditional.
The candidate will be involved in the entire process of defining requirements, concept development, visualization and creating artwork including interactive, illustration, brand development, layout, photography, motion graphics and video. You must also be able to shape the visual aspects of websites, videos, visual social media content, print, product packaging, exhibitions and more.
Creative should demonstrate the ability to engage the audience and communicate the right message. You must be a deeper-thinking creative with a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; After-Effects, WordPress and basic knowledge of HTML Required.
Two years of agency experience or equivalent, basic working knowledge of HTML 5 / CSS and JavaScript desired.'
