What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with UX, product, and cross-functional teams to identify research opportunities, prioritize key questions, and align efforts with project goals, existing knowledge, and areas of riskDevelop research roadmaps and frameworks using best practices to guide long-term strategies that align with and inform business objectivesDesign and execute user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative techniques including, but not limited to : A / B testing, ethnographic studies, evaluative research, user interviews, generative research, and data analysisLead discovery process for high impact initiatives to identify key themes, trends, and actionable insights, delivering clear and impactful visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendationsConduct competitive market research to explore new opportunities and ensure Posh stays ahead in the volatile market landscapeGuide and mentor PMs and designers on research best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learningWho You Are
A professional with 5 years of experience gathering data from users to inform product, design and business decisions as a user experience researcher, or similar roleA visionary thinker who is excited about big-picture opportunities but grounded enough to turn ideas into actionable researchHands-on experience working in startups or small, fast-paced teams, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity and wear multiple hatsSkilled in storytelling and presenting complex research findings in an accessible and impactful way to diverse audiencesPrior experience with any of the following tools is a plus : LogRocket, SQL, Google Analytics, TableauResearch Tools
