About this role 🤔
In this pivotal role, you'll be playing a key role at the heart of our organisation, providing valuable operations support, while working closely with the founders.
What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha? 🔧
You’ll work closely on two main things.
- Technical Customer Operations
- You’ll be responsible for root cause analysis and complex repairs (mechanical, electrical, and software) for malfunctioning Posha devices, by working closely with the technical team. Meticulous documentation of your findings will also be a key part of your role. And so, we expect you to
- Be well versed with mechanical assembly & disassembly of hardware products
- have a basic understanding of electrical circuits, be proficient in soldering components on PCBs and with the use of multimeters
- have basic understanding and use of electro-mechanical components such as pumps, flow meters, motors, displays, cameras etc.
- You will be the single on-ground point of contact between our customers and our customer success team in the early days of Posha scaling up.
- You will often visit customers, onboard and delight them as they anticipate their first white-glove installation of our robots. In the course of this, you will build personal relationships with our customers.
- You will plan and execute logistics for these deliveries, and for any other Posha SKUs between our Bay Area office to outside - with customers, with our offices overseas, and with external partners.
- You will document and communicate any issues which customers tell you personally with the broader Posha team for timely resolution. While that happens, you will use your personal relationship to keep customers happy.
- You will be responsible for organising and ordering inventory for Posha SKUs in our Bay Area location..
- You will represent the Posha product team, showcasing what the Posha robot is capable of to our most important stakeholders.
2. Administrative Operations
In summary, you will work closely with the founders on the little details that matter to unlock Product-Market Fit with our first few hundred users, and deepen relationships that will over time result in virality and capital for the company as it grows.
