Poshmark is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead user growth and acquisition for our exciting new business initiative, Consignment. Poshmark Consignment is aimed at growing our community by making selling on Poshmark easier and more accessible than ever.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for driving the growth of Consignors (casual users who have others sell on their behalf). You will test and launch new channels and marketing campaigns to grow our Consignor top of funnel and adoption, and develop new market launch playbook and strategies for Consignor acquisition as we launch across more markets. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics to launch new marketing strategies and campaigns through owned and paid channels, and validate the impact on Consignor growth through A/B testing. You’ll define and report on key success metrics and progress toward goals.

What You'll Do
- Drive Consignor growth across new and existing users through paid and owned marketing channels (incl: email, out-of-home, local marketing, and other awareness campaigns)
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product to develop lifecycle marketing campaigns to convert existing Poshmark users to use Consignment across email, push notifications, and in-app surfaces
- Partner with Growth Marketing teams to own and execute paid campaigns across new and existing channels that drive awareness and user growth to Consignment
- Test and measure performance of key campaigns, channels, and experiences to ensure measurable ROI and scalable results
- Develop a Consignor marketing playbook for launching and scaling in new markets
- Partner cross-functionally to forecast and meet ambitious growth targets and inform the Consignment roadmap and business strategy
- 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing positions, preferably with new market launch or expansion experience
- Experience owning local marketing campaigns (out-of-home, local TV / radio, partnerships) with a heavy focus on analytics, campaign optimization, and reporting
- Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability of delivering clear results and optimizations
- Detail oriented and well organized with a hard working can do attitude
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, revenue driven and passionate about supporting Poshmark as a leader in the fashion industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field or relevant experience
