The Systems Monitoring Specialist is responsible for monitoring and investigating the performance of PV systems, identifying non-reporting and underperforming systems, and ensuring timely issue resolution. This role involves utilizing Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate and analyze reports, collaborating across departments, and working closely with vendors and project managers to streamline processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Monitor and investigate non-reporting and underperforming PV systems, generating cases when necessary.
- Utilize Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate, analyze, and report on system performance data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve known production issues.
- Validate the resolution of production issues through detailed monitoring checks.
- Work closely with vendors and project managers to streamline processes, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
